Smart public toilet application scheme based on PLC data acquisition gateway

Introduction

The Jrepus smart public toilet IoT solution is based on wireless communication technologies such as 5G, 4G, and WiFi. The smart public toilet includes five parts: environmental monitoring and alarm and early warning, toilet position sensing, display guidance, intelligent gateway, and cloud system management platform.

◆ Environmental monitoring and alarm and early warning: monitor the environment inside the toilet, including odor (gas), temperature and humidity, water immersion, automatic disinfection (toilet), floor flushing, etc., all of which can be automatically linked and controlled, and the user's emergency help, smoke Triggered alarm notifications, etc.;  

◆ Toilet seat sensing: detect whether the toilet seat is occupied through infrared human body sensors or smart door locks; passenger flow equipment counts the flow of people in the toilet;  

◆ Display guidance: provide toilet location guidance services, toilet seat guidance services, etc. for tourist users; including environmental information display of toilets, passenger flow conditions, and air quality conditions in toilets;

◆ Intelligent gateway: collect the data of on-site instruments and equipment, provide equipment data to the cloud and remotely control the working status of on-site equipment, and remotely upload and download PLC programs.

◆ Cloud system management platform: big data cloud service platform, equipment operation management; data summary management, storage, analysis, etc.; and provide users with login portals and third-party platform interface services.
